There's a sketch by the charming Marianne for the March challenge at StampARTic.

I was so excited when the fantastic expert and professional, Carola hosted a tutorial on Gesso...in wonderful timing with my Ask the Stamper question about the milky stuff.
Thank you Carola!!!

Although I only used it on one piece of patterned paper (baby steps ;p), it was a great learning experience. I distressed it a little, too! Ooh! As I said in my question to the stamper, I buy many things and often don't know what to do with them. I'm also not the most adventurous scrapper ;)

However, I did make my own flower. There is a great tutorial by the lovely Bev at Whiff of Joy Stamps Tutorials and Inspirations Blog.

I'm really on a roll!

StampARTic December Challenge

Masking and stitching are to be included in the last challenge of the year at StampARTic.
As far as the ink and paint, everyone knows I'm like a monkey with a banana ;) Although I must say I'm quite proud of myself. But for the stitching, I always turn to my wonderful Stitch Master Peet.
I've made a birthday card for my niece who turns 17 on Saturday.
