The Play Date Café Challenge #26

I've made this card for my niece's birthday. She loves turtles.

This is for the challenge at The Play Date Cafe this week.
They want to see a bit of grey or silver along with clay, cream and a turquoise-y blue.

...and this is their photo inspiration...

Check out the gorgeous DT creations for this one!
The template is in metric - very scary ;)

May Arts Contest #23 - Organizing Your Ribbon

May Arts has 1 full spool of your favorite ribbon for the winner of this contest.

How do you organize your ribbon?

I bought this paper rack from a scrapbook store that was closing. Besides the shelves for the paper on the front, I got a bunch of hooks from them in three sizes. The medium hooks are perfect for organizing my ribbon in the back of the rack by color...

Here's the front of the rack with the shelves for paper...

And I can take off a hook with the color that I'll need...
LOVE MY PURPLES!!!

I'm crossing my fingers ;) I don't have a lot of oranges or yellows...
