Summer Studio - Gold / Glitter

Hello!

This card is for the Gold / Glitter Challenge at Summer Studio.

This is also my first attempt at a shaker card. I have stacked several layers of this beautiful double frame with flowers with a piece of acetate for the shaker window. There are two die cuts from the Magic of Nature Collection with glitter inside the “window”.

You can see some pieces of gold flake ribbon below the flower cluster.

I’ve also made a flower with the same background paper.

MoNa Design - Children's Day

Hello Paper Peeps!

I made a box out of thick cardboard for my niece’s birthday. It measures 3" x 3" and is 2" tall.
I decorated it with papers and die cuts from the Paradise Islands Collection by MoNa Design.

I’m entering this in the Children’s Day Challenge at the MoNa Design Blog.

Summer Studio Stage 4

Hello!

Layers again for Stage 4 of the Summer Magic Challenge at Summer Studio.
Here is my required dark background for this stage. I’m layering paper from the Dreamer Collection with gold flake ribbon, cheesecloth, a doily, book pages, heat embossed chip, and lots of die cuts from the same collection.

Summer Studio - Summer Magic

Hello!

Entering Stage 1 of the Summer Magic Challenge at Summer Studio with this card.

A lot of delicate die cutting from the Magic of Nature collection tops off some layering of paper, lace, die cut doilies, yellow fabric (just above and behind the image), seam binding, and cheesecloth.

Stage 1 is still open for about another week!

Summer Studio - Stage 3

Hi!

For Stage 3 of the Summer Magic Challenge at the Summer Studio Blog, I’ve made three of my own flowers for this money envelope.

The required elements for this stage are layers and a Summer flower bed.

One of the flowers I’ve die cut from the Sweet Summer Collection.

The background paper is from the same collection.

The base of my flower bed began with layers of fabric, paper, lace, a die cut doily, cheesecloth, a strip of organza roses, and, of course, chip.

I love fussy cutting the butterflies from this beautiful collection.
