Welcome Baby Girl!

Hello!

I'm out of Summer Hybernation with a money envelope for a Baby Girl. I have used the So Loved Collection from ScrapMir.

Everyone is familiar with this embossing powder; white with chunks of gold, and either blue or pink powder. I wanted that, but with some bright pink to bring out the pink in the paper.

This lovely mix of baby chip is from ScrapBox.

The powders don’t actually mix together, which was a good surprise.

I will add my card to the ScrapClubEk Chip Challenge.

I made my own flower with a circle of pink/white gingham fabric. It’s finished with a pink button in the center.

I have a pink mini-crocheted ring, a pink fabric flower from SweetScrap Shop strung with tulle, some lace from Blagolis, cross-stitch floss (to hang the charm/pearl/crystals) ribbon, and décor leaves from AllmaCraft

I will join the Tactile/Textile Challenge at the VSKBlog.

Along with the Flowers and Lace, they make the Left Vertical line of the Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge at Скрап-просторы.

The patterned paper flower is made with AgiArt die Agi1018, and I will add my card to their October Gallery.

I just love the crown for the Little Princess!

.
I put a card inside to include a message.

Thank you so much for visiting!

The Fifth Element - WATER

HELLO

I’m back for Stage 2 of The Fifth Element Challenge at the Fantasy BlogWATER.

I'm sure we all have great family vacation memories that we will never again take for granted given the current quarantine situation. I made a card hoping that someone will get it as a great reminder of those sweet memories on the shore.

I used THIS lovely frame die, and I engineered my own Shaker.
FD-540

These are the other dies I used:

FD-476
FD-457
FD-350

This is also my second time using a MoNa Design Collection (Paradise Island) for the Choice of the Month Challenge at the VSK Blog.

Again, I have used a sheet of the background paper for the base of the card.
And I love the cute die cuts that have “washed ashore”.

The Choice of the Month Challenge is open until May 6. Please check it out!

And, please head over to the Fantasy Blog to see the inspiration for this Second Stage.

And check out THIS Jewelry Box that I made previously with this collection.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hugs,
Nora

The Fifth Element - EARTH

Greetings!

As Spring rolls around, it’s time to get the garden gloves on. The roses and flower beds in the front, and some herbs, veggies, and berries in the back. Our Mother Earth has always provided the soil and sun and the harvest has always been bountiful.
This is my entry for the Fifth Element Challenge at the Fantasy Blog.

I have used the following dies:

FD-540

FD-457

FD-476

FD-338

FD-350
And this chip:
FCH-195

I knew right away that I would use this
Vintage RecipesCollection from MoNa Design. It also happens to be the Choice of the Month at the VSK Blog, and I will also add my card THERE.

You have until May 6 to join the Choice of the Month.

Take care, Everyone!

Hugs,
Nora

VSK Choice of the Month

Hi Everyone!

CraftPaper is the Choice of the Month at the VSK Blog. I’m participating with this card made with the Cherry Orchard Collection.

Who has time for all this fussy cutting?

Actually, we all do right now, and this is what’s helping me get through the days locked up at home.

Remember, Peeps, the secret is a fresh blade, slow and steady. And please be careful and wear protective eye wear. The very tip of the blade has broken off on me, and sometimes it snaps off and bounces. Look out!

The back panel had blossoms on the left, and I wanted to “continue the cascade” of blossoms down the card.

I layered and layered to get a feel of the breeze on the blossoms.

Sweet chippie here from ArtLines.

You still have time to join the Choice of the Month.

I will also add my card to the Fantasy April Gallery.

I’ve used the following dies.

We will all get through this together by helping our healthcare workers doing what we do best. #StayHome

Hugs to everyone!
Nora
